A system compares, data point by data point, the invoice, its XML, the certificates, the packing list and the pedimento (customs declaration) of each file, and delivers a PDF report of what matches, what does not and what is missing. The decision stays with you and your customs agent.
Who it is for
Mexican customs brokerages and foreign trade offices handling several open files at once, with documents arriving in parts.
Teams that today cross-check invoice, certificates and packing list by hand before sending the pedimento to clearance, and want a second review done for them.
It works inside what you already use: Google Drive folders and WhatsApp notices. There is nothing to integrate with your data-entry software.
What is cross-checked in each file
For exports, the check covers the following. A file (expediente) is the set of documents behind a single pedimento.
Invoice against its XML (CFDI)
That the electronic invoice and its printed version say the same thing: values, quantities, codes and recipient data.
Certificates against the invoice
Certificates from the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT) or the Mezcal Regulatory Council (COMERCAM): for each product and its folio, that cases, liters, alcohol content, brand and presentation match what was invoiced.
Packing list against invoice and certificates
Cases, pallets, gross weight and net weight.
Foreign trade complement
That the foreign recipient data (address, locality, postal code and country) is consistent across invoice, XML and certificates.
Pedimento against all of the above
In the final pass, once the brokerage has entered it.
Missing documents
The report tells you what is needed for the file to be complete.
How it works

You upload the documents
One Google Drive folder per file. If a consolidated shipment carries three exporters, that is three folders.

You notify us on WhatsApp
With the destination and, if known, the document cutoff date. Urgent files get priority.

You receive the report
The system runs the check and leaves the PDF report in the same folder, where anyone you shared it with can open it.

It runs again when missing documents arrive
You do not need a complete file to start. We review what is available, tell you what is missing, and run it again when the documents and, at the end, the pedimento arrive.
What this service does not do
We say it upfront so the scope is clear from the start. It does one thing: compare the data across the documents of a single file and point out where they do not match.
It does not classify tariff codes.
Classification remains your customs agent's job.
It does not validate permits or non-tariff regulations and restrictions.
It does not calculate duties, taxes or tariffs.
It does not create or enter the pedimento or the COVE.
It only cross-checks the pedimento against the other documents once it exists.
It does not anticipate the criteria of customs staff.
Some observations depend on who reviews that day. No system solves that and we do not promise it.
It is not a legal opinion or an insurance policy.
The report is produced by an automated system and does not guarantee that every inconsistency will be detected. It is an input to your review: verifying the file before clearance remains the job of your brokerage and your customs agent.
Your documents
Your originals are never touched: they stay in your Drive, under your control. The system works on a copy.
The working copy is deleted when the review ends. If the file stays open waiting for documents, it is kept for the next pass, with a cap of thirty calendar days from the last review.
Data is processed only to review the operation and following your instructions. It is not sold, assigned or shared for our own purposes.
To read and compare the documents we rely on cloud and artificial intelligence providers based in the United States, acting on Nubiera's behalf. They are listed in the contract and you are notified before a new one is added.
The service runs under a services agreement with a confidentiality clause and its own privacy notice.
